COMPOSTING adds progress when a player right-clicks a composter with a matching item.

Required values

Use the item material in the player's hand.

Example	Meaning
WHEAT_SEEDS	Composting wheat seeds gives 1 point.
CARROT:2	Composting carrots gives 2 points.
*	Any item used on a composter gives 1 point.
