Placeholders

FioChatGames has a built-in placeholder service and can also register a PlaceholderAPI expansion when PlaceholderAPI is installed.

Prefix used by the source plugin:

Player placeholders

Placeholder	Description
%fiochatgames_player_name%	Current player name.
%fiochatgames_points%	Total stored points.
%fiochatgames_streak%	Global streak value.
%fiochatgames_toggle%	Whether the player is currently opted in.

Active round placeholders

%fiochatgames_current_game%	Active game display name.
%fiochatgames_current_game_id%	Active game id, such as trivia or race.
%fiochatgames_current_prompt%	Current prompt text.
%fiochatgames_current_time%	Remaining round time in seconds.

Usage notes

• The placeholder service also works internally even without PlaceholderAPI when the plugin renders its own text.
• PlaceholderAPI is still recommended if you want to use these values in scoreboards, tab lists, holograms, or third-party plugins.
• For race placeholders, values such as type, material, and amount are only populated while a race round is active.
